Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing remote team. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing job postings, and maintaining candidate databases. Maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns. Help organize and facilitate employee performance reviews and feedback sessions. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to boost morale and foster a positive workplace culture. Support HR initiatives by conducting research, preparing reports, and assisting with various HR-related projects. Stay updated with HR best practices, labor laws, and industry trends to ensure compliance and efficiency. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems). Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset. Previous experience with recruitment or HR administrative tasks is preferred but not required. Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources or administrative role is preferred. Experience in remote work environments is a plus but not mandatory. Familiarity with HR software and tools will be an advantage. Working Hours: Full-time position, working remotely. Flexible working hours with an expectation to work within standard business hours (9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday). Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: In-depth knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
