We're a small Calgary-based AI automation agency working with service businesses in the 15–50 employee range. We help our clients run more efficiently by designing and implementing practical AI and automation systems. We're currently expanding into HubSpot and looking for a reliable specialist to work with us on an ongoing basis.
What We're Looking For
We have two upcoming client projects that need a solid HubSpot implementation — CRM setup, pipeline builds, workflow automation, and integrations. If those go well, we'd like to keep you in our back pocket as our go-to HubSpot person as more client work comes in. Our clients frequently request CRM assistance, so we expect this to be recurring.
How We Work
We manage the client relationship directly. You'd be working through us rather than independently with the end client. If you're someone who'd rather focus on the technical work without the overhead of client management, this is probably a good fit.
What the Work Looks Like
HubSpot CRM setup and configuration
Sales pipeline and deal stage design
Workflow and automation builds
Integration with third-party tools
Ongoing support as client needs evolve
Requirements
HubSpot certifications (please list them in your application)
Hands-on implementation experience — not just strategy
Comfortable working as a subcontractor through an agency
Bonus: experience with Make, n8n, or Zapier
