Tons Of Phones is looking for a customer-focused and tech-savvy Live Chat Agent to join our growing team. As a Live Chat Agent, youâll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, troubleshooting, and providing top-notch support through our online chat platform. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people, this role is perfect for you! Key Responsibilities ⢠Respond to customer inquiries via live chat promptly and professionally. ⢠Provide accurate information about Tons Of Phonesâ products, services, and promotions. ⢠Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department. ⢠Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while ensuring customer satisfaction. ⢠Track and document customer interactions using the companyâs CRM system. ⢠Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings.
