Job Type: Full-Time | Long-Term | Night Shift (U.S. Hours) About Us: A List Virtual Solutions partners with U.S.-based healthcare providers to offer high-quality virtual support services. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Virtual Assistant with a medical background (preferably RN or LVN) to join our remote team and assist with case management operations for home health agencies. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate weekly visit schedules by contacting field staff (RNs, LVNs, CHHAs) • Conduct weekly team meetings with nurses to collect patient updates and follow up on missed or completed visits • Send reminders to staff for visit note completion and documentation deadlines • Assist with new patient onboarding by coordinating with the intake team and confirming nursing assignments • Prepare admission orders and notify the billing team for timely submission • Review patient documents (H&P, Plan of Care) for accuracy and consistency • Communicate with physicians' offices for order follow-ups and patient updates • Collaborate with nursing staff, therapists, and patient families to ensure effective care coordination • Monitor and update care plans and progress notes as needed • Ensure compliance with documentation standards and regulatory requirements • Conduct biweekly supervisory interviews for home health aides • Manage patient caseload efficiently for continuity of care and timely discharge planning Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (RN or LVN preferred) • Prior experience in healthcare, home health, or virtual medical assistance • Willingness to work night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) • Strong organizational, follow-up, and documentation skills • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment • Must have computer, noise cancelling headset Why Join Us: • Fully remote work-from-home position • Stable, long-term opportunity with growth potential • Supportive and professional team culture • Ongoing training and development opportunities How to Apply: Submit your resume along with a short audio recoding highlighting your nursing or medical background and experience with case management or virtual assistance.
