I’m a real estate professional looking to build a predictable, scalable Google Ads lead system for buyer and seller leads in my local market.
I’m not looking for someone to “turn ads on.” I’m looking for a Google Ads specialist who understands intent, lead quality, conversion tracking, and continuous optimization.
This will start as a small, controlled test and grow into an ongoing engagement if results are there.
Scope of Work
Strategy & Setup
Research and structure high-intent local search campaigns (buyers and sellers)
Build campaigns focused on lead quality, not just volume
Advise on budget allocation, bidding strategy, and keyword match types
Campaign Management
Write or optimize conversion-focused ad copy
Ongoing optimization: search terms, negatives, bids, Quality Score
Continuous improvement based on performance and lead quality
Tracking & Analytics
Set up or verify GA4 + Google Tag Manager
Implement conversion tracking (forms, calls, key actions)
Ensure data is accurate and easy to interpret
Landing Page Alignment
Coordinate with landing pages to improve Quality Score and conversion rate
Provide feedback on page structure, messaging, and UX
Understand how page speed and relevance affect PPC performance
Required Experience
Proven experience managing Google Ads for local services or real estate
Strong understanding of search intent and keyword qualification
Experience setting up conversion tracking properly (not just installs)
Ability to explain decisions clearly and report on what matters
Strongly Preferred (Bonus)
Real estate or high-ticket local service PPC experience
Experience improving lead quality, not just lowering CPL
Familiarity with CRM integrations (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc.)
Ability to advise on scaling budgets responsibly
