Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Generative AI Engineer with 3+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), deep learning frameworks, and building scalable AI applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative GenAI-powered solutions across various business use cases.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI models and applications using state-of-the-art techniques.
• Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, LLaMA, or similar architectures.
• Build and optimize prompt engineering strategies for various use cases.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end pipelines for training, fine-tuning, and deploying models.
• Integrate AI solutions into production systems using APIs and microservices.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure model performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI and machine learning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML or related fields.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with LLMs, transformers, and Generative AI techniques.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and embeddings.
• Familiarity with NLP concepts and techniques.
• Experience with APIs, REST services, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Understanding of vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good to Have
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of MLOps tools and model deployment pipelines.
• Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to data engineering and big data technologies.
