We are seeking a freelance Full Stack Web Developer with strong WordPress expertise to support ongoing website updates, enhancements, and feature development. This is a project-based role with the potential for continued collaboration, depending on performance and business needs.
Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Implement updates and improvements to the existing WordPress website
- Modify and enhance website navigation, including menus and overall structure
- Create and publish new pages based on provided content and requirements
- Develop and implement new features across both front-end and back-end layers
- Apply UX/UI best practices to ensure a consistent and intuitive user experience
- Perform basic performance optimizations to improve page load speed
- Test and validate changes to ensure functionality, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
- Collaborate with the internal team to deliver tasks efficiently and on time
- Monitor website uptime and security, and maintain updates (WordPress core, themes, plugins)
What Makes You A Strong Candidate:
- Proven experience with WordPress development
- Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, CSS, and SQL
- Strong understanding of full-stack web development
- Experience with website performance optimization and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with UX/UI best practices
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a freelance environment
- Strong communication skills and reliability in meeting deadlines
