We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk & Gym Closer. As the first point of contact for our members, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, resolving member issues, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in members, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
- Resolve member issues in a timely and effective manner
- Drive membership sales and retention, meeting monthly targets
- Follow up with prospects, converting leads into sales
- Sell in-store merchandise, including Retro Blends Smoothies and Pro Shop items
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for all members and staff
- Perform opening and closing duties, including facility upkeep and walk-throughs
Requirements:
- Positive and upbeat personality, with excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Customer service oriented, with a focus on providing exceptional experiences
- Punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic
- CPR/AED training preferred, with prior sales experience in a retail setting a plus
- Successful completion of all Retro University courses, with ongoing training and development
