Job Description:
• Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and drive sales growth
• Cultivate and manage accounts through effective account management practices
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the customer base
• Execute territory sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets
• Utilize technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits
• Engage in cold calling activities to secure new business opportunities
Requirements:
• Proven experience selling to our target audience: real estate developers, builders, architects, engineers, interior designers, property managers, etc.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
• Familiarity with technology sales and products is advantageous
