**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Work From Home Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for:
* Maintaining positive customer relationships by addressing product-related concerns, taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions
* Working from home, navigating multiple systems, and entering information using your keyboard, including function keys, while speaking with customers on the phone
* Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating complex problems to senior representatives when necessary
* Meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
* Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas to continuously improve customer service processes and outcomes
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner

**Essential Qualifications**
* 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or inbound customer service environment
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
