Day in the Life of a Brand Champion
As a Work-at-Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be working diligently with customers to provide solutions, answer general customer service questions, and resolve service issues, billing inquiries, and product enhancement opportunities. Your goal will be to achieve one call resolution, ensuring that customers are satisfied and supported in every interaction. You'll be empowered to own all your customer interactions, using your unique set of troubleshooting skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What We're Looking For in a Candidate
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
* 18 years of age or older
* High School Diploma or GED
* Previous experience interacting with customers/clients, solving problems through troubleshooting, and creating connections
* Excellent communication skills
* Desire to actively engage and listen to customers
* Ability to exhibit empathy and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment, focusing on one call resolution
* Ability to learn new concepts quickly and efficiently, and apply those learnings in real-time
Work-from-Home Equipment Requirements
To ensure that you have the necessary equipment to perform your job duties, you'll need to have:
* High-speed internet with a minimum speed of 20Mbps download and 10Mbps upload
* Ethernet cable connection (no Wi-Fi)
* Personal desktop or laptop computer with Windows 10 Operating System, minimum of 2 core processor with 2GHz processor speed and at least 8GB RAM
* USB headset with microphone
* Webcam
* Chromebooks/Mac computers cannot be utilized for this position
