Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Virtual IEP Writer to join our team in Douglas, Arizona. As a Virtual IEP Writer, you will play a critical role in developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs. This is a full-time, school-based position that offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual IEP Writer, your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing high-quality IEPs that meet the needs of students with special needs
- Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure that IEPs are aligned with student goals and objectives
- Providing technical assistance and support to teachers and other professionals to ensure that IEPs are implemented effectively
- Staying up-to-date with changes in special education law and regulations, and applying this knowledge to IEP development and implementation
- Communicating effectively with parents and guardians to ensure that they are informed and involved in the IEP process
- Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in IEP writing and implementation
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Graduate from a Teaching program
- Current license as a Special Education Teacher in Arizona
- IEP writing experience required
