We're seeking an experienced Translation Program Specialist to join our Customer Service team at arenaflex. As a key member of our localization team, you'll be responsible for managing translation projects, collaborating with vendors, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality content to our customers worldwide. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Translation Program Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Receiving daily translation/localization requests from internal teams and stakeholders
* Creating and managing translation projects in the arenaflex Translation Management System (ATMS) by outsourcing to vendors
* Coordinating and communicating project delivery timelines based on project volumes and translation/review process needs
* Troubleshooting issues or questions regarding target audience, file type, and business requirements
* Responding to linguistic queries from translation vendors and requesting feedback from internal stakeholders
* Using project management methodology, including risk management, to plan, scope, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard
* Ensuring that projects meet the requirements of the business and are delivered to a high standard
**Ideal Candidate**
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Translation Program Specialist who can:
* Comprehend complex technical concepts and processes
* Demonstrate project management experience and organizational discipline to track and manage work for several complex projects simultaneously
* Make quick decisions in ambiguous situations and have a record of extraordinary attention to detail
* Have a proven ability to learn new software, concepts, and processes
* Possess strong attention to detail and a passion for intercultural communication
* Have proven organizational skills and the ability to multitask
* Be able to work independently with little oversight and ask critical questions to comprehend customer needs and discover the root cause of issues
* Be fluent in one or more non-English languages and have comprehension of translation/localization industry processes
* Have knowledge of localization tools, translation management systems, and working knowledge of content management systems
