This is a provisional assignment lasting up to 90 days, with the possibility of extension depending on your performance and the requirements of the business. Key Responsibilities
As a temporary customer service representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Taking a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates while navigating multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues.
- Communicating professionally in a conversational manner while utilizing all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Being punctual, reliable, and dedicated to making a difference, with a strong focus on problem-solving and acting with integrity.
- Utilizing Microsoft Office programs, such as Outlook and Word, to perform tasks and duties.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
