**About the Role**
We're seeking an experienced Technical Customer Success Manager to join our team in the USA. As a Technical Customer Success Manager, you'll play a critical role in maintaining ongoing customer relationships, implementing successful programs, uncovering growth opportunities, onboarding and training clients, and maximizing client retention. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their business needs, provide insights on client-to-business interactions, and improve customer experience through product support.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Maintain ongoing customer relationships and networking to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
* Implement successful programs to drive business growth and maximize customer value
* Uncover growth opportunities and develop strategies to expand our customer base
* Onboard and train clients to ensure successful adoption and utilization of our software solutions
* Provide insights on client-to-business interactions to inform product development and improve customer experience
* Handle customer requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
* Manage expectations and partner with product management to help solve customer business problems
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer success strategies
**Essential Qualifications**
* 5+ years of Technical Account/Relationship Management experience within the human capital management space, such as VMS, MSP, or Master Vendor
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to formulate solutions that deliver real business value
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead customers from technical personnel to C-level executives in urgent or critical situations
* Ability to navigate difficult conversations with customers and provide creative solutions to business problems
* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts and assignments simultaneously
* Experience in document creation and patient, active listening skills
* Passion for service and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Experience working as customer success for a product like arenaflex
* Experience with a SaaS model/application
* Exposure/experience working with other Vendor Managed Service Tools
* Overall knowledge of MSP and/or the VMS space is highly preferred
* Knowledge of customer success processes and methodologies
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a start-up environment
* Leadership qualities and the ability to play multiple roles
* Ability to travel for onsite client meetings
* Experience in document creation
* Patient and active listening skills
* Passion for service and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Experience working with other Vendor Managed Service Tools
* Overall knowledge of MSP and/or the VMS space is highly preferred
* Knowledge of customer success processes and methodologies
