We are seeking an experienced and skilled Supervisor Electronic Health Information to join our Health Information Management team. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse and talented team, overseeing the management and supervision of Health Information Management department functions across all Baptist Health facilities. The successful candidate will supervise between 15 and 30 full-time employees in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, focusing on quality and productivity to meet Health Information Management performance standards.
As a key member of our team, you will serve as the primary source of support for the Health System, which includes 8 Acute Care Hospitals, over 50 Baptist Outpatient Centers, and all Ambulatory Surgical Centers. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient operation of our Health Information Management functions, including the use and disclosure of health information, analysis of clinical documentation, record retrieval and document imaging, MPI, and TJC activities.
