As a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative – ServiceTitan Specialist, you'll play a vital role in guiding customers from their first call through job completion. Your responsibilities will include:
* **Converting high-quality inbound leads**: Convert leads from Yelp and Google campaigns into booked appointments through empathetic, persuasive communication.
* **Dispatching plumbers**: Dispatch plumbers via ServiceTitan, aligning technician expertise and availability with customer needs.
* **Processing invoices**: Process invoices and manage billing workflows within ServiceTitan, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* **Maintaining proactive communication**: Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout their service journey—from first contact through job completion.
* **Delivering exceptional support**: Deliver exceptional support across diverse plumbing services, including:

**Requirements**
