About the Role: Social Media Chat Sales Representative
As a Social Media Chat Sales Representative at blithequark, you'll be working with our highly skilled client success team to initiate authentic conversations that drive sales for our clients, primarily business coaches, through various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Your primary goal will be to sell coaching programs on behalf of our clients, speaking as their representative on their social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Starting new conversations with potential clients on social media (approximately 2 hours a day)
- Following up with leads and nurturing them through the sales process (approximately 2 hours a day)
- Growing our clients' social media presence organically (approximately 2 hours a day)
- Responding to active leads and closing sales (approximately 1 hour 30 minutes a day)
- Managing daily communication tasks and reporting (approximately 30 minutes a day)
Requirements to Succeed:
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Possess an advanced/native C1-C2 level of English proficiency
- Be available full-time (8 hours a day, Monday to Friday, and 2 hours on weekends)
- Have a fully functional desktop/laptop and smartphone
- Enjoy a stable internet connection
- Be located in any country in Latin America or Brazil
No prior experience is necessary, but you must be confident in your English skills and have a strong interest in sales, learning, and personal growth. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:
- A fixed payment plus opportunities to earn commissions and bonuses based on your performance
- Training stage: $150-$300
- Average performance level: $600-$1,200 per month
- Good performance level: $1,200-$2,000 per month
- Excellent performance level: $2,000-$3,000 per month
- No limit on commissions, providing unlimited earning potential
