About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Statistics Architect to join our team and assist in the transformation and innovation of our end-to-end Voice of the Customer method. As a Senior Statistics Architect, you will play a crucial role in helping the development and maintenance of our new Voice of the Customer technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the survey and dashboard platform hosted by Qualtrics, our survey vendor. You will work closely with product and process owners, subject matter specialists from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in technology to drive this initiative forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the application teams to outline, frame, and capture business needs, growing information of Voice of the Purchaser methods and leveraging the same to outline and transform the facts within the Cornerstone large data platform.
- Design and build a sturdy records model architecture to aid most fulfilling statistics processing and standardized metric definitions.
- Enable big statistics and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring information first-rate and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case degree.
- Offer guidelines to enhance competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystem.
- Power consumer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software program programs, checking out & builds automation tools.

Essential Qualifications
