We are looking for an experienced Senior GL Accountant who will work closely with our existing team to drive process improvements for our operating cost capability. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for preparing journal entries and monthly account reconciliations for specific areas of the general ledger, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with US GAAP and PCAOB standards. Your role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including FP&A and operational partners, to achieve business objectives and drive forward process enhancements.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in accounting principles, including US GAAP and PCAOB standards. You should have a minimum of 2+ years of relevant accounting experience, with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. A CPA certification is highly desirable. You should also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manipulate and process large datasets. Proficiency in NetSuite, Coupa, and GSuite is a plus.
In addition to the essential qualifications, we are looking for candidates who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. You should be self-motivated, independent, and able to think creatively and entrepreneurially. A "can-do" attitude, with a willingness to take on new challenges and learn from experiences, is essential.
