Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Success Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Customer Success Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in driving customer satisfaction, resolving concerns, and promoting a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of customer contacts and communications through phone and email on a daily basis
• Utilize contact search and productivity tools to verify the accuracy of contact information
• Conduct regular health checks to gauge product satisfaction and value completion
• Develop a deep understanding of our products to address customer objections and provide tailored solutions
• Document and track qualitative feedback and quantifiable measurements through surveys, phone calls, and emails using computer systems
• Capture customers' product expectations, experiences, satisfaction, and likelihood of abandonment, providing a "Voice of the Customer" perspective
• Initiate steps to address customer concerns and roadblocks, collaborating with teams and management to promote a positive customer experience

Essential Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of success in achieving personal and team sales quota/goals
• Experience in high-volume calling, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with learning new technology and data, with a process-oriented approach and ability to follow call scripts
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs, with experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
• Ability to work from home, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer success or account management role, with a focus on driving customer satisfaction and retention
• Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive base salary of $32,000 ($15.38 hourly) or more, based on qualifications and experience. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to earn an annual bonus, with a target of up to $8,000.
