**Key Responsibilities**
As a Senior Customer Strategy and Portfolio Consultant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

* **Managing Cross-Functional Projects or Portfolio Planning**: Leading the development, management, tracking, and monitoring of customer organization performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
* **Executive-Level Storytelling**: Developing and delivering high-quality, executive-level presentations that communicate complex ideas and strategies to senior leadership.
* **Developing Strategies, Plans, and Decisions**: Creating and implementing strategies, plans, and decisions that drive business growth and excellence.
* **Establishing and Maintaining Cross-Functional Partnerships**: Building and maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including customer, commercial, and operations teams.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* **Knowledge of Project Management, Strategic Planning, and Portfolio Management Principles**: A deep understanding of project management, strategic planning, and portfolio management principles, including the ability to develop and execute comprehensive customer organization plans and strategies.

* **Ability to Deliver a High Volume of Executive-Level Presentations in Short Periods of Time**: The ability to deliver a high volume of executive-level presentations in short periods of time, with a focus on quality and impact.
