Key Responsibilities

- Shadow other team members to gain comprehensive knowledge in all areas of the department, including our training and QA specialists, to develop a well-rounded understanding of Reverse Logistics operations.
- Communicate effectively with internal sources, such as accounting, to ensure seamless resolution fulfillment and maintain strong cross-functional relationships.
- Gain hands-on experience with our newly formulated internal development systems that support WebstaurantStore's returns process and needs, contributing to process improvements and innovations.
- Participate in projects aimed at improving processes with customers, vendors, internal systems, and our data, applying analytical skills and creative thinking to drive enhancements.
Essential Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should be:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in any major, with a strong academic record and a keen interest in logistics, e-commerce, and sustainability.
