We are seeking a full-time Transcriptionist to join our team on a remote basis. As a Transcriptionist at Workwarp, you will play a critical role in helping us provide exceptional cardiac care to our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include listening to audio recordings and accurately transcribing them into text files, comprehending and transcribing different accents and dialects, and ensuring proper formatting, notation, grammar, punctuation, and spelling in the transcriptions. You will also be responsible for collaborating with our team and maintaining professional communication and interpersonal skills.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent, as well as a transcription certificate or equivalent experience. You should also have proficiency with common transcription software, excellent typing speed and accuracy, and a strong attention to detail. While previous experience in cardiac transcription or related fields is preferred, it is not mandatory. The ideal candidate will bring a strong passion for precision and professionalism, as well as a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
