- Answer phones and respond to order inquiries, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Registered Pharmacy Technician with the OH Board of Pharmacy

- Knowledge of brand names and generic medications, including SIG-Codes and medication interactions
