Key Responsibilities
As a Payroll Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Utilizing multiple systems to enter pre and post-sales information, fulfill orders, process and post payments, and verify order accuracy
- Initiating new service order requests, coordinating and tracking product/service installation processes, and providing updates to relevant stakeholders
- Supporting and leading ad hoc projects generated by our sales channels, preparing reports as requested, and educating customers on our products and services
- Meeting or exceeding critical monthly performance standards, including data entry accuracy and productivity, and drafting routine client and customer correspondence
- Responding to questions, resolving problems, and directing calls to appropriate resources, as well as completing special operational and client projects as assigned
- Acting as a liaison and coordinator with other departments, outside vendors, and external customers, and providing order activity updates to our Sales Support Manager or Supervisor
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
- 2-5 years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in data entry and payroll processing
- Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to navigate complex spreadsheets and formulas
