Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate, ensuring that all customer concerns are addressed and resolved
- Create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs, providing personalized support and promoting our products and services
- Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately, ensuring that all customer interactions are positive and productive
- Promote interest in blithequark's products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and providing customers with valuable solutions and information
- Consistently achieve established standards of the position, meeting and exceeding performance targets and contributing to the success of the customer service team
- Continually portray and project a positive and professional image, representing blithequark and providing exceptional customer service

Essential Qualifications
