Job Overview
arenaflex is seeking 20 experienced remote healthcare customer service representatives to join its team. As a remote customer service representative, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls from members and providers, inputting data, and providing a high level of customer service. This is a remote position, and you must reside in TX, AZ, NV, FL, or MS. You will be working from the comfort of your own home, with a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a closed-door room that is distraction-free.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from members and providers, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Input data accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and readily available
- Provide a high level of customer service, extending courtesy and professionalism to every caller
- Take 75+ calls per day, managing your time effectively to meet productivity and quality standards
- Work collaboratively with the arenaflex team to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- At least 1 year of high-volume call center experience, preferably in a healthcare call center environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with callers and provide empathetic support
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a closed-door room that is distraction-free
- Availability to work during any of the following hours of operation: Mon-Fri 8am-8pm EST (40 hour work week)
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience working in a healthcare environment, with knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare systems
- Previous experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology systems
