Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-obsessed individual to join our team as a Data Entry Specialist. This role is responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing high-value relationships that drive new product selection, competitive pricing, and convenience to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing product selection gaps and executing go-to-market strategies to attract key marketplace players to join our ecommerce platform and maximize our product selection and customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing a thorough understanding of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and global trends and activities, and continuously monitoring competitor efforts.
• Identifying, prospecting, and acquiring high-potential sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations.
• Guiding sellers through sharing best practices of online selling, including data-driven insights that help sellers achieve high standards of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives.
• Collaborating with and influencing internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor issues.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1-3 years of successful enterprise sales experience, preferably in the ecommerce, technology, retail, or FMCG industries.
• Demonstrated achievement in exceeding sales targets using a consultative and solutions-focused approach.
• Experience in promoting new products or services into new markets is strongly preferred.
• Advanced communication and presentation skills, with a strong working understanding of Excel and MS Office applications.
