Job Overview
We're currently seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with occasional travel required for training, meetings, and conferences. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to quality standards
- Manage and maintain large datasets, performing data validation and quality checks as needed
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and improve data integrity
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, preferably in the airline or travel industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data entry software
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers
- U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S. is required, and no current or future work authorization sponsorship is available
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and work independently
- Familiarity with airline industry systems and software, such as reservation systems or customer relationship management tools
