Job Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry Professional to join our team. As a Remote Data Entry Professional, you will be responsible for inputting data, developing reports, and analyzing complex data sets to support business decisions. This is an entry-level opportunity, and we welcome candidates with little to no experience. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal partners and teams to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to support business objectives
- Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients
- Design and develop applications for internal clients
- Evaluate data needs of assigned projects, assure data integrity and suitability, and determine data collection methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
- Turn data into actionable insights through reporting solutions
- Troubleshoot technical issues and problems
- Present analysis and reports to internal clients and stakeholders
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2-4 years of experience in most of the following areas:
- Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, Visual Basic for Applications
- Experience with reporting platforms – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS)
- Development Programming Languages / Knowledge / Experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript
- Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Transact SQL
- Database Knowledge / Experience – MS SQL Server
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience with reporting platforms – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
- Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying information structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
- Database Knowledge / Experience – Hadoop, Oracle
- Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Oracle PLSQL
- Crystal Reporting experience
