In this remote role, you will be responsible for scrubbing, researching, and validating provider contract records, updating status in customer systems, and researching and installing healthcare provider contracts. You will also retrieve and enter data from computer/web-based systems, files, and other documents, analyze information collected to identify potential problems and discrepancies, and ensure accurate and timely completion of transactions. As a key member of the arenaflex team, you will apply your healthcare and insurance domain knowledge, theoretical concepts, and problem-solving skills to undertake complex tasks and identify and resolve routine and non-routine problems.
