Job Summary
As a Chief, Business Counseling at blithequark, you will be responsible for driving change and excellence in our healthcare operations. You will lead specialized exercises, including electronic clinical record information extraction, compromise, and conglomeration, as well as financial and functional reporting. You will provide direction and guidance to external vendors, external experts, colleagues, and matrixed staff to support our ACA IFP Chance Change Income Trustworthiness drives. You will also be responsible for leading the compromise of data from various sources, identifying gaps, and prompting the development of more efficient processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direction and guidance to external vendors, external experts, colleagues, and matrixed staff to support ACA IFP Chance Change Income Trustworthiness drives
- Lead the compromise of data from various sources, including coding survey results and clinical record pictures
- Identify gaps and prompt the development of more efficient processes
- Act as business lead for system design and testing new capabilities, as well as the support of evaluating activities connected with vendor compromise of coding results and clinical record pictures
- Drive change connected with upgrades and system fixes
- Understand interdependencies both process-wise and timing-wise to further business targets
- Utilize insight and experience to create value from data
- Support coordination across fully shared services and vendors to ensure data integrity and data validation processes are in place
- Review assignments, including recording and assessing basic controls
- Understand techniques, results, and business impacts, and document and express such understanding in both written and verbal formats
- Conduct occasional updates of scientific schedules and division production systems
- Explore and evaluate alternative solutions to address business needs
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Experience with IT application development lifecycles and strategies
- Experience influencing others by transforming data into meaningful and actionable information
- Experience with SAS/SAS EG/Python/SQL server in data analysis and control
- Attention to detail and meticulousness
- Vendor management experience
- Strong communication skills
- Experience reporting business processes, as well as suggesting and implementing improvement techniques
- Ability to perform testing capabilities
- Participation in system design
- Ability to review the accuracy of reporting against source records/reports/databases
- Ability to implement inspecting methodology
