Job Description:
As a Data Clerk at Workwarp, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and managing data across various platforms, while performing quality assurance checks to identify and correct discrepancies. Working under the supervision of the Data Management Supervisor, you will collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information, assist with data retrieval requests, and provide insights into data trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data accurately in the database systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting discrepancies as needed
- Assist in retrieving data for various reports and analysis as requested, providing insights and recommendations to support business decisions
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for data entry, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork
- Identify and correct discrepancies in data entries, ensuring data quality and accuracy
