In this exciting role, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of the Client Investigation Center product procedure, with a focus on building high-quality and straightforward entry points for internal buyers of client research and insights. You will define and communicate a clear methodology, prioritization, and timelines for the Client Investigation Center, ensuring that tools are constructed and scaled to meet the security and reliability needs of internal teams analyzing customer data and behavior.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or a related area. You will also need to have a minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, with a strong background in driving the development and execution of product procedures and managing cross-functional teams.
While not required, a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred. Additionally, experience as a product manager, preferably managing consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, is highly desirable. We also value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating expertise in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
