To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service-related position, where there is a high value placed on the customer/member experience. Insurance/call center experience is preferred, and you should have demonstrated basic mathematical aptitude, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. You should also have technical aptitude with experience navigating and operating multiple computer applications and telephone technologies.
To excel in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and create sustainable relationships with our members. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. You should also be able to demonstrate empathy and understanding when dealing with customer concerns, and be able to provide accurate and timely resolutions.
