As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for responding to general to moderately complex telephone calls, troubleshooting customer issues, and providing exceptional support to our customers. You will work independently and as part of a team, using standard call-center technology, including telephones, email, and web browsers.
