About the Role

We are currently supporting a Non Emergency Medical Transportation Program and have multiple Remote Customer Service Representative openings available. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will handle a variety of tasks, including incoming phone calls, general clerical tasks, data entry, processing picture IDs, handling customer requests, and administrative support. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive timely and professional assistance.
