As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the London Heathrow customer services team within the Worldwide & Cargo department. You will work closely with Team Leaders to deliver a safe and exceptional airport experience to our clients. Key Responsibilities

• Offer consistently excellent customer service, ensuring a seamless experience at all contact points
• Carry out various airport-associated tasks and be prepared to support the daily operation in any capacity required, including check-in, gates, transfer, arrival, baggage services, and ticketing (ATAC)
• Work closely with and take instructions from the Team Leader responsible for the flight/work areas/shift
• Conduct relevant administrative tasks, such as ATAC, pre-flight, and post-flight departure
• Represent American Airlines by adhering to uniform standards and adopting a customer-centered approach at all times
• Promote and sell American Airlines services and products to our clients
• Attend and complete all mandatory training within given time limits
• Adhere to and promote safe working practices at all times
• Perform other reasonable duties consistent with the post

• Ability to represent the company at all times
• Well-groomed appearance and adherence to uniform standards
• Capacity and willingness to work in a shift environment, including weekends, bank holidays, and public holidays
• Reliable and punctual
• Compliant with all American Airlines policies and procedures
• High level of written and verbal communication skills
• Valid BAA Airside Pass
• GSAT trained
• Willingness and ability to complete all relevant training
• Valid DVLA driving license (post holder must be willing to apply for a BAA driving license as and when required)
• Willingness and ability to obtain and maintain a valid BAA Jet Bridge Permit as and when required

Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the essential qualifications and skills, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset:

• Computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
