As a Remote Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department, maintaining our customer database, making daily outbound phone calls, and efficiently routing technicians based on location. Additionally, you will be an integral part of maintaining a positive and collaborative team atmosphere within the dispatch team, contributing to the overall success of our operations.
Your work schedule will be divided between in-office days and remote workdays. Specifically, you will be required to work in the Chantilly office on Wednesdays from 8AM to 5PM, with a one-hour lunch break. On Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, you will work remotely from home during the same hours, also with a one-hour lunch break. This hybrid schedule offers the benefits of both in-person collaboration and the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to manage your time effectively and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
