Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry and Management: Input, update, and verify data in our company database to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Process Improvement: Identify manual procedures that can be improved through data automation and design/impose replacements to reduce tasks and improve efficiency.
- Project Management: Utilize project management skills to ensure all obligations are completed on time and on budget.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with team members to address discrepancies or missing data and maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Quality Control: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of information entered and identify areas for process improvement.
Essential Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to identify and correct errors.
- Organizational and Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Independence and Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
