About the Role
As a Remote Call Center Representative at Workwarp, you will play a critical role in our fraud investigation process, working closely with our customers, merchants, and internal teams to resolve account inquiries efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to Account Inquiries: Handle 25 or more account inquiries per hour for 5 or more assigned clients, providing accurate and timely information while adhering to service level agreements.
- Fraud Detection and Response: Provide standard/scripted responses to alerts generated within the fraud detection queues, ensuring prompt and effective communication with customers and merchants.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation and complete lost stolen reports, including blocking and transferring compromised accounts, and building credit card replacement orders.
- Continuous Learning: Develop knowledge and skills to identify fraudulent credit card activity through comprehensive training and research, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams, customers, and merchants to resolve account inquiries and investigate potential credit card fraud cases.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Experience: No relevant experience required; we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
- Skills and Competencies: Acquires and applies job skills, learns company policies and procedures, and works on routine to semi-routine assignments requiring limited decision-making outside of stated processes.
