Key Responsibilities
- Deliver, direct, and supervise exceptional patient care, ensuring that each patient receives compassionate and individualized attention.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans, promoting optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Participate in discharge planning, patient and family teaching, and post-hospitalization care, empowering patients and their families to manage their health effectively.

Essential Qualifications
- RN License in the state of Texas, with a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices.
- Current BLS certification, with the ability to respond to emergency situations effectively.
- Current ACLS certification is preferred initially and required after 90 days of employment, demonstrating your commitment to providing high-quality care in critical situations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively to meet patient needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in long-term acute care or rehabilitation nursing, with a strong understanding of the unique needs of patients in these settings.
- ACLS certification, demonstrating your expertise in responding to critical situations and providing high-quality care.
- Experience with electronic medical records, with the ability to accurately document patient information and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, with a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices.
