Key Responsibilities
- Support the improvement of Character client experiences across predetermined client experience spaces, such as store administration work desks and checkout.
- Analyze existing CX streams at various touchpoints.
- Design tests for personality capture (e.g., telephone number).
- Interpret the client experience plan to enhance personality capture and utilization at exchange points, from paper to execution plans.
- Develop an execution roadmap for select experience execution.
- Collaborate with product, field, and analysis teams to develop examinations.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to validate tests.
- Oversee tests in the field and send them in alignment with Blithequark field operations teams.
- Work with analysis to interpret results and suggest improvements.
- Track progress, set up and execute a reporting structure, and develop gauges to overcome expected challenges.
- Manage partner relationships to ensure effective execution.
Essential Qualifications
- Four-year college education in Business Organization, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in operations, project management, or a related area, or 5 years of experience with 1 year of administrative experience.
- Proven ability to influence internal partners.
- Demonstrated expertise in executing effective drives.
- Experience with Agile techniques and project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Leadership of cross-functional teams or projects.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) accreditation.
