About the Role

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- One or more years of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel, or any role where you interacted with customers)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Available to work shifts between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. Eastern time, Monday to Friday (no weekends)
- Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably, as some queues are time-sensitive
- Strong computer navigation and telephone skills
- Typing skills and ability to problem-solve and take part in discussions as a consultant
- Able to negotiate/create solutions that meet client, customer, and blithequark objectives
- Strong work ethic, ability to meet deadlines, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and strong attention to detail
- Able to build positive, lasting relationships with your customer base
- Full understanding of project operational and workflow processes to meet quality and productivity guidelines
