**About the Role**
As a Portuguese Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our clients and their users. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve hardware, software, and user network issues over the phone, email, or chat. You'll be the go-to expert for troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution of complex technical problems, ensuring that our users get back to work quickly and efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Resolve hardware, software, and user network issues over the phone, email, or chat
* Respond to phone calls, emails, instant messages, and user tickets in a timely and professional manner
* Assign work orders and incidents to the appropriate support teams and follow through to closure
* Diagnose and resolve issues through user conversations, including issue recognition, logs, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps
* Open tickets, access users remotely, and guide them to restore normal operation of services as quickly as possible
* Activate the Support Analyst in case remote guidance is not successful, register and archive calls for control and evaluation of performance
* Summarize monthly services and consequences in a spreadsheet and send to superiors for consideration
* Perform other duties related to the position, as determined by superiors
**Requirements:**
* Portuguese Bilingual (fluency in both spoken and written Portuguese)
* Expert communication skills to advise and implement best practices
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and patience
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency in using technology, including computers, software, and communication tools
**Work Schedule:**
* Monday - Saturday, 9 to 5 pm (GMT-03:00) America/Sao Paulo
* 48 hours per week
