Key Responsibilities
- Prepares, inputs, and supports claimant profiles in pharmacy network, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assists pharmacies in the adjudication of claimant medications, providing timely and effective support.
- Coordinates and liaises with client adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure accurate assignment of medication benefits, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Supports client needs regarding requirements for claimant medications with reporting and data, providing insightful and informative support.
- Manages and updates client and claimant information in multiple systems, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
- Answers questions from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies regarding medications, providing clear and concise information.
- Adjusts to changing processes and needs of various clients, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Performs other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team and organization.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3 years of related customer service or telephonic experience and/or training preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in the use of computers and multiple software systems, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and the ability to ask relevant questions, with excellent written grammatical skills and understanding of proper telephone etiquette.
