**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Process transactions, including registering sales, handling returns, and processing voids and exchanges
* Maintain accurate records, including patient and medication data, using arenaflex's pharmacy systems
* Assist pharmacists in processing prescriptions, including retrieving, counting, and pouring medications
* Perform administrative tasks, such as processing manual cases for external program remedy services
* Support stock management activities, including receiving, unloading, checking, and storing shipments of medications
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's standards for store appearance and maintenance
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy trends and best practices
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., pharmacy, healthcare administration)
* 1+ year of experience in a retail pharmacy environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
* Proficiency in using pharmacy systems and software
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* 6+ months of experience in a retail environment
* Previous experience working with arenaflex
* Strong numerical skills, with the ability to accurately count, measure, and weigh medications
* Proficiency in using computer software and systems
* Knowledge of store stock control and inventory management
* PTCB certification (Pharmacy Technician Certification Board)
