**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Pharmacy Customer Service Associate, your key responsibilities will include:
* **Customer Experience**: Engage with customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
* **Operations**: Provide customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service. Recommend items for sale to customers and recommend trade-up and/or companion items.
* **Pharmacy Support**: Assist pharmacists in scheduling and maintaining workflow, utilizing pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information, and ensuring information is entered correctly.
* **Inventory Management**: Assist with inventory management activities, such as ordering, unpacking, checking, and storing shipments of pharmaceuticals.
* **Customer Service**: Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine, suggestive sell of promotional photo products.
* **Store Maintenance**: Assist with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, orderly store condition and appearance.
* **Training & Personal Development**: Earn and maintain PTCB certification through the designated PTCB training program and/or state required certification/registration.
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; pharmacy technician certification (PTCB) or state required certification/registration preferred.
* 1-2 years of experience in a retail pharmacy or customer service environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
* Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in a retail pharmacy or customer service environment.
* PTCB certification or state required certification/registration.
* Experience with pharmacy systems and software.
* Knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
