**Key Responsibilities**
As a Patient Care Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional patient care, including answering phone calls, responding to text messages and voicemails, and conducting Zoom calls
* Helping patients apply for loans and navigate our services
* Ordering testing and scheduling appointments with health coaches
* Selling and ordering supplements, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up
* Performing administrative tasks, such as filling out forms and maintaining accurate records
* Supporting health coaches with scheduling, rescheduling, and patient communication
* Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow
